Working Mom Beef Stew
2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
3 carrots, thin sliced
1 onion, chopped
4 large potatoes, cubed
3 ribs of celery, sliced and de-veined
10 ¾ oz canned tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbs vinegar
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cover tightly. Cook on low for 10 – 12 hours.
