3 (16 ounce) cans of cream style corn

2 eggs beaten

1 cup crushed saltine crackers

½ cup melted butter

½ tsp paprika

1/4th tsp ground black pepper

 

Preheat oven to 350°.  Butter or use Pam in an 8 X 11 baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine creamed corn, eggs, 1/4th cup of the melted butter and ½ of the cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into the baking dish.

In another bowl, mix the remaining melted butter, cracker crumbs, paprika and pepper. Srping this mixture over the mixture in the baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until the topping browns slightly and corn is bubbling around the edges.
