Nacho Dip – Slow Cooker and Easy
1 lb ground beef or turkey
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of onion powder
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 16 ounce jars salsa (hot, medium or mild)
15 oz can refried beans
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Nacho chips

Brown meat and drain. Add spices. Combine meat mixture, salsa, beans, sour cream and 2 cups cheese in your slow cooker. Cover and heat on low for 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with reserved cheese and serve with Nacho chips.
