Slow Cooker Egg and Cheese Bake
3 cups toasted bread crumbs (whole wheat is my favorite)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon, fried and crumbled OR ham chunks
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups of Dairy Maid Dairy White Milk
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper (omit if desired)
Combine bread, cheese and meat in a greased slow cooker.
Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and pour over bread.
Cook on low for 4 – 6 hours.
