Egg and Broccoli Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe
24 oz small curd cottage cheese
10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/3 rd cup flour
¼ th cup melted butter
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
Extra shredded cheese for top
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients and pour into a greased slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours or until temperature reaches 160° and eggs are ‘set’. Top with cheese and serve.
