Easy Pork Chop and Peaches Bake
1 can sliced peaches in syrup
8 pork chops about 1/2 inch thick (cook longer for thicker chops)
2 teaspoon McCormick’s ground ginger
1 pkg Kraft’s Shake ‘N Bake Seasoned Coating Mix for Pork
Drain peaches, reserving 1/4th cup of the ‘syrup’. Moisten the chops in ‘syrup’. Add ginger and coating mix into the shaker bag. Shake 1 or 2 pork chops at a time. Place chops in a large baking dish.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Place peaches in the pan and bake an additional 5 minutes or until pork chops are cooked.
