Cranberry Angel Food Cake
Take a store bought (or homemade) Angel Food Cake and slice into 3 layers
Top middle layers with 1 can/ jar of cranberry/ orange relish
Frosting: Beat 1 ½ cups chilled Dairy Maid Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream and 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar until stiff. Tint cream mixture with a few drops of red food coloring until frosting looks pink. Frost top and sides of cake and chill for 2 -4 hours prior to serving.
