PUMPKIN BUTTER
from The Pioneer Woman
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree (I used organic)
- 1 cup Plain, Nonfat Yogurt (I used organic)
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (I added extra)
Mix it all up. Store in the refrigerator.
