Christmas tree pancake
Ingredients:
For the pancakes
- 4 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups fat-free milk (can substitute dairy-free milk if desired)
- Green food coloring
- Cooking spray
For the (optional) toppings
- Powdered sugar
- Holiday sprinkles
- Fresh fruit
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Bisquick, milk and and several drops of green food coloring to achieve the shade you want. Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients until the batter is thick and smooth.
- Heat a large pan or griddle over medium heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray and begin to make 2 large pancakes. Make a total of 6-8 pancakes per stack, keeping each pancake smaller in size than the last.
- Once all of the pancakes are cooked, arrange them on a plate biggest to smallest. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream or any toppings desired and serve immediately.
